Delete your account and data

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Homepen → Settings (the gear on Today) → Back up & sync.
2. Tap Delete account & data and confirm.

This deletes your account and every family you own: all records and photos on our servers, and the family on this device. If you are a co-teacher or view-only member of someone else’s family, you are removed from it; their records stay with them.

Want a copy first? Settings → Family Archive exports everything as a ZIP.

Without the app

Write to MISSING_SUPPORT_EMAIL from the email address of your Apple or Google sign-in and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.

What happens to backups

Deleted data leaves our live systems right away. Encrypted backups that may still contain it expire within 14 weeks. If you never turned on backup and sync, your data only exists on your device: deleting the app removes it.
